Her background includes manufacturing startups, operational readiness, quality management systems, supplier development, maintenance and reliability, audit recovery, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Having worked with organizations across automotive, aerospace, industrial manufacturing, transportation, logistics, and technology sectors, Donna brings a practical, results-driven approach focused on improving performance, reducing risk, and building sustainable business systems.
She is known for helping organizations move beyond compliance by aligning people, processes, systems, and business objectives.
